Mastering and optimizing your multi-channel marketing content

Keep a constant watch to ensure the acceptance of the tool by the different actors.

Understand and analyze your business model as well as possible. This may seem basic but taking back the processes in a global way will lead you to some surprises and to model this especially best in the tool!

How we've previously helped our customers.

Creation of a specific DataStewarding model

Scenario

The customer decided to launch a project to implement Veeva in order to centralize their customer relationship management in a single tool and also wanted it to be able to communicate with the various data sources that make up the IS.
The scope of the project includes 9 distinct geographic regions, each with its own specific needs and regulations.

Service Scope
  • Ensure data continuity during migration to Veeva so that the vision in the platform reflects the reality
  • Take into account the issues of Territory management and regionality
  • Ensure consistent data propagation to external tools
What we achieved

We have created a tool integrated with Veeva that allows us to maintain a high level of stability in the data transfer and to keep the full governance on the subject by making configuration easy and feasible internally.

The key factors of this implementation :

- Design, prototyping and implementation of the DataSteward System with Country-specific settings.

- The DS allows the auditing and approval of changes made to specific critical fields on Accounts and Addresses and enables the updates to be propagated to the client external customer Databases – OneKey or other data sources.

- One major function of the DataSteward System is the ability to be turned on and off individually for each countries and the possibility to deploy it or to add multiple countries to the DataSteward System.

- In built Search system to check for duplicates directly before creation.

Veeva Global Implementation

Scenario

The client wants to transfer and implement a new prescribe / customer systems from the PRISM system to the Veeva CRM.

Service Scope
  • Porting of Multiple PRISM system instances to Force.com and design and implementation of the New External Expert System.
  • Design and implement the new solution without any functional regression.
  • Take into account the specificities of each region integrated into the project (APAC, EMEA, MENA)
  • Deploy the solution and then ensure the support and administration of the platform to the users.
What we achieved

We have designed and implemented a new system for the management of customers and prescriptions. For this we had the following approach:

- Design, prototyping and implementation of a new prescriber/customer management system. To facilitate deployment, identification of countries with common characteristics and allowing the implementation of unified settings in the form of a "multiple countries sharing model"
- Design and development of an additional "expert system" module in parallel with the prescriber management system, adding "engagement plans" functionalities
- Implementation of a data migration strategy between the legacy tool and the Force database.com Veeva
- Implementation of an expert scoring tool on the VisualForce page between the prescriber segmentation system and the Veeva survey component in order to automate the scoring of the latter and to have a global view of the accounts
- Configuration of the Ipad iRep tool for offline use by medical representatives (with deduplication function on several objects during online synchronization)
